Common areas include a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining 'pod' and an open living room that leads out to the pool deck and unrestricted views. The entire building is designed to maximize indoor/outdoor living, with a surfer chic dcor that echoes the brilliant hues of the Mexican sunset and furnishings that welcome tired, happy paddlers after a day out on the water.
Outdoors, an infinity pool with Jacuzzi overlooks the beach, a fire pit awaits guests on chilly evenings under the stars and a beach volleyball court is ready for a quick game anytime. The compound also has its own onsite organic garden, for fresh "farm to table" cuisine served in the adjacent Napa-style palapa.
It sits right on top of El Faro, a high quality right point break reminiscent of Malibu, and is within walking distance of two other surf spots. The sweeping views from any and every part of the villa include the peninsula, the Jack Nicklaus golf course and the brilliant waters of the Pacific.
A stay here includes use of the SUP (Stand Up Paddle) facilities and lessons at nearby Hotel CINCO, use of the St. Regis and Four Season Punta Mita's golf courses (green fees are extra) and guests can request staff and a chef, as needed. We also offer the opportunity to practice early morning yoga on the terrace. If you are wanting to learn or enhance your existing practice The Villa has its own Yoga instructor, Stephanie Bowlin.
